How much do YouTubers charge for promotion in India?

Subscriber count is the number every brand deck leads with, and it's the wrong one to price off. Views are what brands are actually paying for, since that's the closest proxy to how many people will see the promotion. A fair 2026 base is ₹1.15 per average view, calculated from your last 10–20 uploads.

An example

A Finance channel averaging 50,000 views per video multiplies that by ₹1.15, then by the Finance niche multiplier of 2× — landing at roughly ₹1,15,000 as a base rate for a single integration, before city, engagement or usage-rights premiums.

Price format separately

A dedicated video, a Short, and a Live mention aren't interchangeable. A Short typically runs at ~60% of your base video rate; a Live integration commands a ~20% premium over it. Listing all three on your rate card, rather than one flat number, lets smaller-budget brands still work with you.
